Since the beginning of production at our location at Niemegk in 1996, ENVIRAL® Germany has built up an excellent reputation with its clients for its high-quality, long-lasting powder coating products – an image we are upholding by implementing quality management on a daily basis. This quality management includes production-parallel quality testing in our in-house testing laboratory as well as the documentation of processes according to DIN EN ISO 9001. We also cooperate with external testing institutions and hold accreditations issued by the Deutsche Bahn (German Railways).

Recently ENVIRAL® Germany has been awarded the GSB quality seal with the registration n° 255 as “Master Coater” for powder-coating on aluminium. On the one hand it is merely a logical consequence of higher quality requirements imposed by building owners, architects and our clients. On the other hand this accreditation vividly underscores that the work of our staff meets the highest requirements set by the accreditation authority. After all, the objective of the “Quality Association for Components Coating of Construction Parts” is to permanently ensure and improve the quality of powder-coating products through strict guidelines.

For over 30 years GSB International has been committed to quality assurance in the field of industrial colour coating. More than 170 member businesses, material manufacturers and coating factories in over 20 countries around the world are regularly subject to quality controls. The GSB quality seal guarantees architects and building owners, authorities and metal constructors that high quality standards are reliably maintained.
